This recently purchased 5,400 sq. ft. home was remodeled to add 800 sq. ft. on the second floor including a new playroom and children’s bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The first floor was also completely remodeled with an open plan concept centered around the existing wood burning fireplace which we resculpted and finished with exquisite wood and stone detailing.
A new second floor patio accessible through French doors from the home office now has stairs to a rooftop deck with incredible ocean views. The project expanded into the rear yard with an extensive reconfiguration of the landscape, including the addition of a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, patio areas, retaining walls and regraded lawn areas.
